Meg can't take it and starts staying home from school leaving Veronica to be harrassed alone.
Veronica finally snaps and runs crying to Wallace. He advises her to get even and she does.
Later she get Lizzie to invite her over to the Manning household so she can tell her lady love the good news.
Meg cheers up and comes back to school and they live happily ever after.
